Beautiful Cakes Designed And Created For Your Special Occasion
All cakes are individually designed and crafted to your personal requirements. Consequently,
prices vary according to the type and size of cake, and the design and level of detail.
Please contact me to discuss your personal requirements. As a guide, my starting
price is £40 for a six-inch cake, iced and decorated with a single figure and wording.
Price also includes a cake board and box.
I would prefer to have at least 4 weeks’ notice on any order. However, if it can
be done in less time then I will try my best.
A deposit of £25 will be required for all celebration and 3D cakes at the time of
booking, this secures the date for you. The balance will be required on collection
or delivery. Cake deposits are non-refundable.
For wedding cakes, a deposit of £50 is required at the time of ordering, this secures
the date; the balance is required 2 weeks prior to your special day.
I have a selection of cake stands available for hire, starting at £20, a fully refundable
deposit of £25-50 is required, this will be refunded when the item is returned, undamaged,
within 5 days of your event.
Cake Types and Fillings
Vanilla Sponge Cake - freshly made to ensure a soft and light texture, it is layered
to include Madagascan vanilla buttercream and raspberry or strawberry conserve
Lemon - tangy lemon sponge made with real lemon juice, lemon buttercream and fresh
Chocolate Sponge Cake - this rich and moist chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream
filling is delicious!
Carrot Cake - made from good quality ingredients including fresh carrots, this mouthwatering
cake is moist and flavoursome and is complemented by the layers of orange zest buttercream.
Rich Chocolate Mud - deliciously moist dark chocolate sponge with a luxury chocolate
Baileys Chocolate Cake - chocolate mud cake with a smooth, creamy chocolate Baileys
Rich Fruit Cake - I offer a traditional rich fruit cake soaked with rum or brandy.
This rich and delicious cake is made from fine ingredients. The fruit is soaked overnight
in brandy to add to the lovely flavour and moistness of the cake. Fruit cakes are
covered in marzipan and sugarpaste icing. (Please note I need at least 3 months’
notice for the Traditional Rich Fruit Cake to allow the cake to mature and be fed
with rum or brandy).
I offer a range of cupcakes. The prices vary depending on the decoration. Prices
start from £1.50 each for vanilla, lemon, or chocolate with buttercream or chocolate
ganache, topping and simple decoration (flower or similar). Minimum order 6 cupcakes.
I also make giant cupcakes.
Gluten free and egg free cakes are also available on request.
These portion sizes are based on the most commonly used serving sizes at weddings.
1x1x4 inches Finger Portion (FP)
